Frequently asked questions
Does WebData Pilot upload my table data?
The currently developed core extraction and export workflow processes page data in the browser. No page data is sent to a WebData Pilot server. Future cloud features, if built, would require a separate disclosure and user choice.
Can it capture any website automatically?
No. It works with ordinary accessible HTML tables and some repeated card/list layouts. Infinite scrolling, inaccessible pages, shadow roots, and many iframe or virtualized layouts are outside the current scope.
Is the extension available to install or buy today?
Not yet. The software is under development and verification. A verified store link and final pricing will be added when they are ready.
How can I contact support?
A dedicated support email and help channel will be published before launch. Please do not submit private website data or payment information through unofficial channels.
